Summer Demonstration by Youth MMA Athletes in Ilion, Greece

The member club of the Greek Federation of Mixed Martial Arts (GRMMAF), Athletic Club Cobra Iliou, led by Head Coach Mr. Nikitas Dimitrakopoulos, held a Summer Demonstration of its training programs at the open basketball facilities of "Radiofonia" in the Municipality of Ilion, Greece.

During the demonstration, athletes from the club's new Youth MMA Program presented Mixed Martial Arts techniques and training exercises to the public, offering a comprehensive overview of the sport while highlighting the high standard of work carried out every day during training.

The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Zeta Politi, Deputy Mayor for Sports of the Municipality of Ilion, and Mr. Lefteris Kazadeis, Deputy Mayor for Sports of the Municipality of Petroupolis. They presented awards to the club's athletes and were informed about the official recognition of GRMMAF by the General Secretariat of Sports, as well as the continuous development of the sport in Greece.

The Greek Federation of Mixed Martial Arts congratulates the club on its initiative, the successful organization of the event, and its continuous contribution to the development and promotion of Mixed Martial Arts in Greece.

The future of the sport is built through initiatives such as this, bringing people — and especially children — closer to the values of sport and Mixed Martial Arts.
